The room and the common areas were very clean and nice for our family. The pool was nice and clean and wasn't too far from the home. The home had dishes, towels, and utensils that our family needed for meal prep etc. We were able to check in early, which was very much appreciated. The host was wonderful about communicating with us. He was accomodating to our family and requests. The rooms were great for privacy and had plenty of bathrooms! The layout was perfect for our group. We also loved having the in-unit laundry, as we stayed for a week. We did find that the beds were firmer than expected. We were also disappointed that the listing mentioned access to a dock/marina that we were unable to use and the parking was very limited.
