We enjoyed our time at the condo. We were able to spend time with family who came to celebrate our son’s retirement from the Air Force. Having the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great for our immediate family to stay together. It had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay.

This condo has the very best view I’ve ever seen!! There isn’t a building blocking the view from the 15th floor and you can see all the way around to the Bay. The sunsets are amazing. This is the first time we’ve been in October - we typically go in September. The weather was gorgeous and the water was clear and beautiful. Had a couple windy days, but that just made for some peaceful balcony sitting. It has awesome amenities and the kitchen is fully stocked - a large fridge with an ice maker as well as an additional ice maker, coffee pot, keurig, crockpots, air fryer and plenty of plates and silverware. There is also a closet full of beach toys and a shelf of beach towels. There is not enough I can say about how well it was furnished and decorated and I wish I could take the mattresses on both king beds home with me!! My kids even wrote down the name of the mattress for future reference. We all slept peaceful and comfortable. The full size bunk beds were a pleasant change from the twin ones usually in a condo. We had the best time and we’ll be back next year if it’s available!!!

The wrap around porch made taking pictures from the balcony much better than a standard balcony. And the location of the condo was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Awesome condo! Location, beach walk down with 3 pools and hot tubs! Carts to load and unload- 2 beach chairs with umbrella service! 1st come 1st served - super nice! Crystal clear waters, thick white sand! Great pier for walking and viewing! 3 restaurants walking distance and a convenience store on 1st floor of condo and 1 on the corner to walk to if needed! We cooked almost every evening so the table seated 6 with extra bar seating was great for us! 3 bathrooms so everybody had their own and the wrap around balcony for sunset was perfect as well as early morning beach views! Loved the whole trip! ITrip was also very attentive to an AC issue and with any questions we had! Will stay again in this very unit! We also flew a couple of our kids into Pensacola and back without any trouble! Take the beach road from Pensacola to see all the beach dunes and reserve areas. Beautiful! Thx for the perfect summer vacay!

Perfect location! Great floor plan!

This was a great place! Convenient access to the beach & pool! For anyone booking, we were not sure where to get the beach chair rentals that are part of the reservation - it is on the beach and you need to chat with them directly to claim chairs (earlier in the day the better). They let us upgrade 10/day to beach loungers instead (cash or card).

Love this place!

Fantastic property, perfect location. Two nights the building had alarms going off requiring evacuation multiple times per night, everyone knew it wasn’t an emergency but they couldn’t fix it even after the first night. Otherwise loved it.

Amazing Property

I loved this condo! Great views, charming decor, excellent location.....I could go on. We had 5 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 3 bathrooms and the full size washer and dryer was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive. We reported an issue with the Garbage disposal and someone from maintenance was there very quickly. Maybe some instructions on how to start the dishwasher would be helpful.

Simply Amazing

All aspects of this property were truly amazing. I could type for a long, long time listing them all, but here are a few things that stood out. - The views: you are high up (one floor beneath the penthouse) and this offers a really great perspective to look down into the water below (you can see dolphins!). There are amazing views out of every window in the unit, either looking out into the ocean or back into the bay. This is above and beyond any place I've ever stayed, in that respect. - Property management was extremely responsive after I booked, answering some simple questions I had about the property. - It was great being close to the pier and a few nearby restaurants/bars, although it was not very commercialized at all. WAY less commercialized than Destin and that's a good thing. - Powder sand, beautiful, deep beach. Among the best beaches I've been to in Florida. you can walk a long way in both directions. The week I was there (July), the water was very calm. I assume that changes from day to day. - The unit is well stocked with great accommodations (TVs, kitchen has everything you need, etc.) - The property has 3 pools and hot tubs. Neither were crowded, as most people opted for the beach. There are plenty of charcoal grills on site (down by the pools). All in all, I could not have asked for more...a great trip and place to stay for our family. We'll be back again!
