We appreciated the location, communication and the beach chairs. However, it would have been nice to had a deck of cards, a puzzle, dice... anything. Also, assumed there would have been beach towels provided but found there wasn't any. It is a beautiful unit, just missing a few accommodations.

Wonderful family time

Our daughter, son-in-law and 2 yr old granddaughter enjoyed our stay in Navarre. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The weather was excellent and we enjoyed the beach and pool every day! We also spent time on the large balcony every morning. Our only concern was the king and queen mattresses were not very comfortable.

Wonderful condo!

This is the nicest condo and resort we have stayed in. We had kids ages 8-15 and everyone loved it. Had everything we needed, no issues whatsoever. Beautiful views, clean condo, the elevators were quick and never crowded. The resort overall was very well maintained and clean. The beach storage room on ground level was very helpful. Had no issues getting a grocery order delivered. The pool is huge and a nice break from the sand. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were in good condition and well stocked. We enjoyed the waffle maker! We plan to return! I would recommend calling to reserve the beach chairs ahead of time as the first two rows get reserved very quickly. And if you want more space than the provided 2 chairs and umbrella, you do have to get up early to get down and save a spot. The open available areas fill up quickly. We had 6 of us and wanted a spot closest to the water, so we went down every morning at 545am to set up our area for a front spot.

Great Location

We needed a place to stay near the Navarre Pier for a wedding. This was perfect. It has plenty of room for a family and is well kept. The owner gave very good instructions and information. We couldn't have been happier with this stay!

Great view. Comfortable beds. Some of the dishes were not cleaned well when we got there, so did a little rewashing and it was fine. Water pressure not great when others are showering at same time, but being 17 floors up could be the issue. Overall a beautiful and cozy property. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo. Beautifully and tactfully decorated. Loved loved the balcony. The views from the balcony were beautiful of both the gulf and sound. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our unique circumstances.

This condo was very nice, 17th floor with amazing views. Love the patio furniture and well decorated inside. A few minor things the owner needs to address would give it a 5 star but they are easy fixes.

Navarre beach trip

The overall stay at Beach colony west was not the greatest. The listing said that there was a hot tub (a huge deciding factor of where we booked) and there was not a hot tub. They since took that down after I brought it to attention.. they had water issues throughout our whole stay and kept shutting the water off without notice.. the area lacked things to do, resulting in us traveling to other places for entertainment.. that will definitely be my only trip to Navarre.
