This wonderful space features one king bed and two queen beds, plus a soothing living room with an additional queen bed for extra comfort. Guests will appreciate the three bathrooms, including one with a bidet, making mornings a breeze. The home stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, fast WIFI, 65" smart TV with over 100+ Channels + Smart Roku for Netflix, HBO, and Youtube.

Cleaning Fee Policy
A one-time cleaning fee is charged for each stay. This fee is applied solely to cover the cost of standard turnover services after checkout, which include professional cleaning, laundering of linens, and sanitization of the property.

We enjoyed our trip. From the moment we arrived everything looks as expected. The townhome was spotless , beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed from a fully stacked kitchen to plenty of space to relax. Location was perfect a short 10 min Uber drive from San Diego Airport and great restaurants and local attractions. Host was very responsive and friendly without being intrusive. The entire check in process was stress free and straight forward with keyless entry even were able to have a late check out at no extra cost which really made a difference with a kid and a later in the evening flight to catch. The entire place felt like home away from home and we would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Location was the major benefit: easy highway access, a two car garage included, and close to shopping and restaurants, and where we needed to be. For that reason alone I'd rent again if some things get addressed. When I asked about early check-in the host kindly offered an hour earlier than posted. Unfortunately the previous guests left late and left quite a mess, so cleaning ran long and we ended up getting in only about 15 minutes early. Not the host's fault. The recently renovated condo is newer to the area and this was only its second rental. Sloppy paint touch-ups, worn spots, dust on doorframes and vents, stains, trash behind the futon, and a dying plant suggested the cleaning wasn't quite complete. A Clorox wipe pulled up more than it should have. The owner's sister handled cleaning and was clearly trying her best, but a professional crew would set the right standard from the start. The bidet listed as an amenity but I didn't see one. Two issues arose early on a Saturday morning and the host responded immediately which helped. During a zoom call, the WiFi went out but was resolved with a reset. More seriously, a bedroom door locked from the inside with no outside key. A second door showed prior screwdriver damage. We were initially asked to DIY a fix before a locksmith was called and the door still locked afterward. Replacing the handles is a straightforward fix but an important safety one. Genuine potential here and an owner who could be a super host with a few fixes.
