This is my go to hotel when I’m in town. I’ve stayed here at least 20 times. Since being bought out the cleanliness and care has been lost. I had to make my own bed, go get bedding and towels from the front, my key cards stopped working several times, and there were a lot if broken items around the property.

Convenient to downtown and the event center. This visit was difficult. The elevator was deemed unsafe and blocked by the fire department; they do not have a service elevator. I was assigned to the 3rd floor and it was terrible walking up and down the stairs for two days. The maintenance staff had to take my luggage down to the lobby and all visitors there assigned to the second, third and fourth floors. Today, prior to checkout, the power went out for about 30 min and they do not have a backup generator. I had to use my phone light to see in the restroom.

It's a beautiful property BUT it has many problems. Elevators were not working and my elderly were placed on the fourth floor. One of our room was not cleaned as we moved inside and we asked a new room, which fortunately Fixtures was done for us. in room wree old and in decay. Someone tried to open my door at 3AM, I'm glad I had the double lock placed pm my door. Again it's a beautiful property but it's just not well maintained.

The hotel was nice, great location, friendly staff, convenient breakfast. Parking was the issue: not a large lot behind the hotel & the remote lot doesn’t have much (if any) lighting. I didn’t feel safe. There were also 3 cars parked in the handicap spots that didn’t have handicapped plates or tags.

New Feel with old-style. Very Clean!

Has a luxurious feel with elements of historical-like design. Even though it was built in 2016, it feels like an older place that was renovated to keep the old-style architecture. High ceilings, wide molding, spacious rooms, very nice all-brick back patio, comfy beds, extra blankets in closet, large hotel.
