When I checked into the room I realized they gave me a room on the wrong floor (I reserved the a second floor room they gave me a first floor room), upon entering the room, we were immediately dissatisfied. There was some dirt on the sheets, closer to the bathroom there was trash still on the floor that wasn’t cleaned up, and the final nail was seeing multiple bugs in the room and in the bed. I brought this up to the front desk and asked for a refund since the room was understandably unacceptable, and they’ve denied me a refund even though the fault is entirely on their end. I wouldn’t recommend letting even a dog stay the night here.

Great staff, had homemade jambalaya provided by staff the evening I checked in (it was good, so was cornbread). They were a port in a storm for me after having a bad experience in Mobile the night before.

The first room there was a bedbug on the the sheets. We asked for money back no. The second room had bed bugs in the lining of matreas.

Staff were wonderful. Very attentive during check in and food service. The hotel was very run down and patched up in places. Room 214 had roaches, so we checked out a day early. The bathroom toilet - horrible stains and the toilet seat was chipped in places. I took pictures to share for verification.
