Três pontos positivos apenas - Cama confortável, Apartamento com bom tamanho e boa localização. Negativo - O pior ponto foi sem dúvidas o responsável nem sequer saber da nossa reserva, quis nos cobrar as diárias até que enviamos o voucher que ele solicitou, nos deixou na rua aguardando pela chave e sequer se desculpou pelo transtorno. Além disso, os copos e microondas estavam sujos (com resto de comida), faltavam utensílios (até deixamos uma caneca por lá), calefação não funciona e durante o dia percebemos que alguém desliga e pra finalizar, a internet foi cortada por falta de pagamento (justo quando mais precisávamos, para falar com o seguro viagem, e ajustar um imprevisto de transporte em Torres del Paine).
