Villino La Torretta is a detached vacation home in a residential area in the territory of Nardò, just 5 km from the small beach of Santa Maria al Bagno and the beautiful marina of Santa Caterina.

The vacation house Villino La Torretta is a very simple, cozy solution with large equipped outdoor spaces. The property is fenced and allows you to park a car inside, in the front garden.
The interior of the house is basic. The living area consists of living room with sofa and TV, and eat-in kitchen from which there is access to the back garden.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are triple with double bed + single, and one twin with single beds. Completing the house are 2 full shower rooms, one of which is in the back garden.
The back garden is the perfect place to spend time outdoors. The outdoor dining area has a covered wood-burning oven, and barbecue for grilling. There is also a gazebo with table and chairs.
Villino La Torretta is a perfect solution for vacations in a quiet area, just a few minutes` drive from the most beautiful beaches of Nardò, Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo.

Villino La Torretta stands on the outskirts of Nardò, in a residential area of small villas halfway between the town and the sea. The beautiful seaside resorts of Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina are just 5 km away.
Also very close by is Gallipoli, which can be reached by car in just 10 minutes, and also Porto Cesareo, a little further away.
In Nardò there are all the main services, as well as a beautiful historic center rich in architectural beauty and cultural interest.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 7.00 am to 9am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 9pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom is located in the garden.
