The Villetta Clara is on two levels, on the ground floor there is the living area with living room dining room at the entrance, kitchenette, bathroom. On the first floor there is, however, the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and another bathroom. The property is located in a newly built, elegant and reserved residential context.
