The condo is located within Interlachen on the western side of Pelican Bay. Pelican Bay offers three miles of private beachfront with complimentary beach chair and umbrella service, two Gulf-side restaurants, tram service, tennis, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, fitness center and programs, biking and walking trails and more. The condo is close to the Pelican Bay Marker 36, 1 mile to Waterside Shops and dining, 0.8 miles to Artis-Naples, 2.5 miles to Venetian Village, 5 miles to Mercato, and 7.5 miles to downtown Naples.
Interlachen at Pelican Bay offers the most charming oasis pool and is located right across the street from the beach shuttle. The shuttle will take you to your two private beach clubs.
This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offers gorgeous lake and Club Pelican golf course views from the 400-square-foot lanai and master bedroom suite. The updated kitchen (2018), New appliances (2024) master bedroom and living areas (renovation Summer, 2021) offer comfort and luxury. Newly furnished, September 2021.
