Remodeled Master Bathroom
The second bedroom has a new Murphy Bed when storage allows the room to be used as a sitting room with recliner to rest, read p, watch TV, or even exercise.
Renters have access to heated pools, gym including exercise classes, Tennis Courts and brand new Pickelball courts and Bocce
The condo has a gorgeous views of pond, gazebo, bridge and the 6th fairway and green.
Assigned parking for 1 car, there are extra parking spots for 2nd cars

There are 3 streaming Tv’s1 is MBR 55 inches The other 2 are 65 inches all 4K Smart TV’s.
King sized Sleep number bed in Master BR that can adjust with remote

Local Beaches are less than 20 minutes away without traffic
Application and fee $100 for local HOA and for Community Access one time fee $800 to the home association.

Naples Heritage

We had a wonderful stay in Naples Heritage. The unit was just as pictured. We loved the unit and it’s proximity to the pool and pickleball courts. Kevin Hughes was very accommodating when we needed anything. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Love Naples

The area was ideal. The gated community made us feel very secure. The condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there. The owners were great to work with. Would stay there again without hesitation.
