We had such a wonderful stay at The Mariner! The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach as well as many restaurants and shops. The home is well decorated and was very clean! The beds and pillows were comfortable, which is a huge plus. Our hostess was attentive and gave us wonderful recommendations. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a relaxing Naples getaway. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the beach.

Location, location!

Fantastic location , 1 block from beach and just a few blocks from cafe’s restaurants and shopping. Very clean with everything you could need. Wonderful stay.

Health Coaching Friends Retreat

The hosts were great and attentive. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and great entertaining areas indoor and out. Nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood that was perfect for our stay.

Great few days away

Very nice neighborhood. Very close to Naples beach. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Went running through the neighborhood and on the beach on multiple mornings. Pool was great.

Wonderful property, walking distance to beach and downtown. 4 stars instead of 5 as we had to spend 2 hours figuring out how to fix the internet.

Great Location - 1 Block from the Beach and Pier

The location is super convenient to the beach, pier and 3rd Street shopping and dining district - all within short walking distance. 5th Street is very close by, too. The condo is clean, nicely furnished, and well appointed for your stay. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. Jody, the owner, is a great communicator and is accessible if you need her. Highly recommend!!

Sister Weekend!

We absolutely loved this property! Jody was wonderful to work with! She responded to questions quickly and was so helpful! The location was amazing! We walked one block to the beach every morning and three blocks to restaurants every night! The condo was so cute and comfy and comes with everything you need for a beach vacation - cooler, towels, chairs and an umbrella that we used every day! We will definitely return to this property.

We have stayed at this location for the last few years. Unfortunately, due to the hurricane last year, our unit on the first floor was unavailable. We were so happy that we found Jody's unit available on the second floor. There was construction and maintenance going on during our stay, but it wasn't an issue. The pool was functioning and the new heater was installed while we were there. We are hoping to come back again next year.

Novices at Naples...

My mother has vacationed in Naples numerous time but always stayed with a friend. This was the first year my sister and I joined her and the first year she rented her own vacation spot. We weren't very familiar with where we needed to be or what we were looking for. This apartment/condo was PERFECT in every way. It was literally 1/2 a block to Naples Pier. While the rest of the world was searching for parking places each morning, we casually walked with our cups of coffee to our favorite beach spot by the pier. In the evening, we walked a block to our favorite evening cocktail establishment and watched all of the night life. The apartment was IMMACULATE , well stocked and had updated bathrooms and kitchen. The outside "vintage" appearance threw us off and bit. However, once you enter the building you see how well it is maintained and how quiet it is. This is definitely a "repeat" booking for us!

Amazing location

We truly enjoyed our stayed at this property. We love how close it was to the beach. It was so great to have access to the beach chairs, towels and small coolers for our trips to the beach. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to come back real soon.

Location!

Fantastic location to Naples Pier and the beaches, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Very clean and felt safe in this neighborhood. Pool very clean also!

Perfect location

Property was as pictured, small but clean and perfect for a family of 4. Great location steps to the beach and pier as well as a block into town to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Property manager was responsive and helpful (not that we needed anything). Supplies for beach were all in the unit. It was nice and quiet at the pool. Perfect getaway.

Location Location Location

You just can't get better than this! Condo overlooks pool and the beach is just steps away. Cute and cozy accommodations within walking to old Naples (which is better than 5th Ave in my humble opinion). We loved our stay in Naples and will return to the Mariner.

Location, Location, Location

We have been vacationing on Marco Island for years, and this year stayed in Old Naples and it was wonderful. 4 minute walk in one direction to Naples Pier and the Beach, and 4 minute walk in the other direction to shops, restaurants, and cafes along Third Street. In the Am we would walk 15 minutes briskly and be on Fifth Avenue. At night, the drive to all the great restaurants is 3 minutes - parking is free everywhere, even in the 4-story downtown garages. Very convenient and great fund --The condo is quiet and clean; the off site property Manager is very accessible and responsive. The Mariner is one of the VERY few properties that rent by the week.
