We enjoyed the house in Naples. It was just right for our group. It was comfortable and and stocked with little things we needed. The pool needed a bit of cleaning, but we still enjoyed it.

Great Home Away from Home

The house has all the amenities that a family on vacation needs. The kitchen was excellent with new high end appliances appliances and cookware and instructions.There is a large capacity washer and dryer. The family room offered a comfortable sectional with ample seating and large tv screen. The dining room is a perfect size for family meals. There is a large screened in patio where we also enjoyed our dinner outside. The pool was screened in, clean and ranging in-depth from about 3-5’ and heated.(extra$ for it to be heated arrange and pay in advance) The children as well as the adults loved it. If you want to go to Vanderbilt beach down the road ( we drove) there are plenty of towels, chairs and a cart at the house. The 3 bedrooms easily accommodated 8 of us. We spent time talking to some of the neighbors walking by and found them to be warm and friendly and gives you an idea of the neighborhood.There is a Publix down the street with fully stocked shelves and delicious offerings in the bakery. Our local contact was easy to reach, helpful and answered any questions we had in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated.

The pictures are one thing and when you get there the outside of the house is a whole different thing than what you think it looks like, we paid for the pool to be heated it was cold until the second day we were there and it was dirty I ended up cleaning it myself so my kids could get in.

The property was nice and comfortable. A few things needed to be fixed and replaced but it was functional, clean and accommodated our needs perfectly. The house manager is lovely and quite helpful and the location was exactly where we wanted to be for this price point. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful retreat!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was perfect for daytime and nighttime swims and plenty of room for four adults to dine outside in the enclosed porch. Lovely!!
