This stunning newly constructed 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath (+ outdoor shower) home with a saltwater pool + Spa and central air is located in the Tom Nevers East neighborhood and abuts 300 acres of conservation land. You'll love the peaceful surroundings and easy access to outdoor activities like the beach and the nearby 'Sconset golf course and the village of 'Sconset.

Enjoy the outdoor space with a salt water pool and spa. The home features a spacious outdoor grilling area, complete with both a gas Weber grill and a Big Green Egg. Whether you're cooking up a feast for family and friends or simply enjoying a quiet evening at home, this space is perfect for all your outdoor cooking needs.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully designed chef's kitchen with a large center island and Viking range. The adjacent dining room and living room offer plenty of space for entertaining, with a large TV and comfortable seating for all your guests. There's even a den on the first floor, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the island.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a laundry room for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a large, luxurious bathroom. Beautifully decorated house!

Gorgeous house in a quite neighborhood! The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Located about 20 mins from downtown, in a charming neighborhood. . Easy bike ride to Sconset Market and beach. The owner Sean was so easy to work with! We would definitely stay here again!
