Wolf range and oven, Miele dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and pods, Sonos music system, expanded cable, Smart TV’s and WiFi. Beautifully tiled bathroom, oversized shower with perpetual hot water system. Full pull out custom sofa with plush mattress. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries, dish washer and laundry detergent included. 2-beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Outdoor gas grille and teak dining patio.
