Ultra-modern complex, 24-hour security guard service, electric fence, electronically controlled entry system and high-speed lifts.

-This is Modern building completed in 2020. It has spectacular views of the city very quite residential neighborhood yet very close to pretty everything.
It has 24/7 security and in addition to intercom that you can see any one planning to visit you from inside the house on intercom video system and you can tell the security guard to let them in if you wish or you can decline if you are busy. Gives you that peace of mind that you sure need for a place that is home away from home.
-You will have the entire apartment to yourself, high speed internet, premium cable news channels. The Balcony has breath taking views as mentioned early.
