I have stayed in OTHER apartments in this building owned by different owners and the experience was good.
However, the management of this apartmemt is very bad.
I never checked into the apartment because when I arrived at the property I was told by the people at the reception desk that the apartment was already occupied by a long-term client.
The communication was poor. I spoke to several different people supposedly managing the same apartment.
The contact number given when I reserved the unit was not a reliable number. When I texted that number I got an automated response giving me 3 other numbers to contact.
Also, something that was not listed in the details of the property is that before you check in they require you to fill out an online form, pay a deposit, and pay a cleaning fee.
The whole experience seemed like a scam.
