The property is just a short walk (less than 100-yards, it takes less than a minute) from the stunning beach, making it an ideal retreat for beach lovers. Wake up each morning, grab your beach gear, and enjoy an easy stroll to the sandy shores. Situated on one of the narrower sections of the outer banks, the house offers both ocean and sound views. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the sound of the ocean from the expansive deck. It is perfection.

Inside, you will find four spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms, designed to ensure your utmost comfort and plenty of sleeping spaces. Linens including bed sheets & towels are provided. The open living area is perfect for socializing and relaxation after a day of beach activities.

Step into the fully equipped kitchen where you can cook up a storm for your loved ones. Including all standard appliances, essential cooking utensils, and even some extras like a crock-pot. You'll find everything you need for your culinary creations.

A high-chair and port-a-crib are located in the mechanical closet, along with an iron w/ironing board, and an extra leaf for the dining table. The linen closet contains plenty of extra blankets, and the cabinet in the living room has a ton of board games, puzzles, and DVDs.

Need to log in a few hours of work? The master-closet-turned-office boasts a full set-up including a monitor, wireless keyboard & mouse, along with a room-dividing screen that can be used to disguise the background for video conferences. The house is equipped with the fastest internet that the Outer Banks has to offer with speeds up to 500mbps, supported by Silicon Travel's outstanding customer service.

The cottage is within walking distance of the Soundside venue, which hosts a variety of concerts and festivals throughout the year. Neighboring Soundside are the Nags Head outlets, the First Flight Adventure Park & Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf. Jennette's Pier and the bridge to Manteo is within a mile. The best seafood in the south can be found at the docks in Wanchese, a short drive away.
