The apartment had everything that we needed for comfort. It was easy to stay there. The street outside is rather noisy, so earplugs might be helpful. But it was a great day.

I haven't never received the checkin instruction even after finishing my stay. I had to call the hotels.com hotline the day before my stay and waited for more than 30 min to obtain the instruction because no English speaking staff of the hotel.

poor communication

I received an email about how to enter the property which was supposed to contain a Google Drive file with information on how to enter, use wifi, etc. but the link did not work. I sent a response message asking for assistance and I never heard anything in return.
