Amazing customer service. We arrived early to the hotel and they allowed us to leave our luggages with them until our check in. When we came there, they informed us that our bags/luggage’s are in our room! The room was spotless, and the staff were all helpful! Definitely recommend for all travellers!

We spent 4 nights as couple. We did not order breakfast. There are a lot of breakfast choices in the neighborhood. Room is average size. Like that towels and Kleenex are thicker and better quality than other hotels that we stayed at. Walking distance to Nagoya Station. Staffs are nice. We would stay here again if we ever visit Nagoya in future.

Oda-san at the front desk was super helpful getting our luggage shipped out. Location is not super convenient for transit. It's quite a walk to the train station. It is convenient for food and the supermarket is half a block away. No laundry facilities on site was a big surprise. Only hotel on our two week trip that didn't have some kind of laundry option. Rooms are on the small side.
