Our stay here was a complete disaster. We originally requested a midnight check-in, but the host suggested we wait until the following day, which we agreed to. Despite the extra time they had to prepare, check-in was still delayed the next day, and the host was completely unresponsive to our messages.
When we finally got inside, the place was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was in a disgusting state: the shower would not drain, filling up as you used it. Worse still, the drainage hole next to the toilet was making strange noises and spitting out black particles that emitted a foul, unliveable stench. The hand basin was also blocked and wouldn’t drain properly.
The general cleanliness of the rest of the unit was very poor. We only managed to stay for a few hours before the smell and the lack of hygiene became unbearable, forcing us to leave. I have tried to contact Hotels.com for a response and they were unable to help. Save your money and stay somewhere else—this property is a health hazard.
