SECOND FLOOR: (1 bedroom/1 bathroom) 1 QUEEN en suite (shower only) with ceiling fan and TV, laundry room.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

POOL ACCESS: Approx. 10-minute walk. Leaving Villa 99, follow Lake View Circle to Heron Marsh Drive, turn left and follow nearly to the end, taking the crosswalk over South Dunes Drive once the pool is in view. Located adjacent to the tennis/pickleball courts, the Heron Marsh community pool has furniture, restrooms, and limited parking. (No pool heating. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 5-minute walk. Leaving Villa 99, follow Lake View Circle to Heron Marsh Drive, turn left, look for the “Beach Access” arrow, and follow the path as it crosses South Dunes Drive and runs between the Hamilton and Shipyard Village (bldg A) condos to the beach. Alternately, guests can walk a little farther beyond the pool (or bring/rent a golf cart) for access at the resort’s oceanfront common area sundecks. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restrooms.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. Take a dip in the pool, splash in the ocean waves, and beachcomb along the shore. See saltmarsh vistas and fascinating shorebird life. Explore Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and historic Georgetown. Experience nearby award-winning golf courses and chartered boating excursions. RESORT FEE: A Resort Fee of $15 per reserved night ($210 cap), imposed by the Litchfield by the Sea HOA, is collected on each reservation, plus tax.
