Inside, you ll find a fresh coastal style, with updated bathrooms, soft accent walls in the bedrooms, shiplap details in the loft, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and updated light fixtures, fans and hardware. High-speed internet and wall-mounted smart TVs are also available for your convenience.

The fenced backyard offers added privacy, along with a handy outdoor changing room for quick pool access. The pool measures 25 feet long and approximately 13 feet at its widest point, with a depth ranging from 3 feet to 4 feet 10 inches. Its irregular rectangular shape adds charm. It can be heated for an additional $275 per week, from 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp in not below 55F.

Take in breathtaking ocean views from the covered porch, or follow your private walkway to the beach, complete with a small seating area to enjoy the scenery.
