Set in 250m2 of beautiful settings, the villa is just a few minutes walking distance to the lively village of Perama. The sublime home features a 35m2 private swimming pool, with waterfall fountain features and ample outdoor design-led settings. For our younger guests a children pool compartment is embellished with 0.40depth and also a ping-pong table is available for endless games with loved ones. The pool terrace is equipped with a premium sun beds and umbrellas so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer. Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ (gas) facilities, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over. The sublime home also features and outdoor shower. An outdoor playground awaits children for some extra game time when parents are reminiscing on the days events over a G&T.

The retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. Entering the villa you will find a clean appeal living-cum area with a Smart 65’TV, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa boasts 4.5 bathrooms each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. All four bedrooms (two on the ground and two on the first floor) are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. They are also fully equipped with beds (high quality natural mattresses and premium linen), design led wardrobes, wonderful settings and include air conditioning.

Location Overview :
Jasmine Villa is located in Perama town which is within 5 minutes walking distance to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well know for its sandy beaches.The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
