We were so impressed with the service and the staff in general they were phenomenal. We love the bartender Spyros and the whole Restaurant staff. I can’t remember all their names. They were great. Definitely would stay here again.

Staff easily irritated especially if you disagree with them. Not the most helpful. Hotel is not as close to center. The walk is a long way in the hot sun. Overpriced transportation.

It was okay. The staff was very nice but no wow factor. The hotel is super quiet in the day. At night we kept hearing banging from upstairs that would wake us up. The room service was great and quick and the housekeeping was so kind and efficient. It was our honeymoon and we didn’t receive any recognition about that even though I put it in the booking. Don’t use their recommended driver because they tell you they need 10 minutes and answer quick, and then they just didn’t show up. We practically missed our reservation for dinner because of that and the hotel had to call the dinner spot and tell them to hold our reservation, which was nice. However, the reception kept saying “10 more minutes” and it was 40-50 minutes passed our reservation time. They didn’t do anything to make up for that either. It could have been a note in our room and we would’ve been happy but received nothing. We just uber everywhere. The breakfast was underwhelming. We only went twice. Also we were tipping the restaurant and room service on the spot, and at the end of our stay, the checkout bill had included their own service and tip fee for both. So we basically paid twice. Don’t tip on spot for this reason. Overall it wasn’t bad, it was just okay. I wouldn’t personally stay there again.

Beautiful pool areas and nice rooms. Close to town but not walkable as the streets are busy and there are no sidewalks. We needed to rent a buggy as taxis are very expensive here.

This is my second time at the Myconian Kyma and we loved our stay! The staff members were very polite, welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. The staff worked very hard at the breakfast to make sure it was enjoyable. Try the pancakes! The pool and views are beautiful. By the way, I went to many restaurants during my 8-day stay, and NOA restaurant has the best Greek salad! See you next year!

We loved everything about this hotel! It was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the sea! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we so appreciated being greeted personally by Nikos, who sat down with us after we checked in (with a complimentary yummy banana drink) to the explain the hotel, offer dining recommendations, and answer any questions we had. The free breakfast buffet was amazing and we had a delicious dinner there as well, since the day time and nighttime views were so stunning. Our seaside room with balcony was beautiful and spacious, with a gorgeous view. The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance to Little Venice and shops and dining. We stayed at 4 luxury hotels while in Greece and this was our favorite! I can’t imagine a better place to stay!
