The staff was beyond excellent!! They assisted us with everything we needed and replied promptly to all comunications. They also used their considerable connections to help us secure transportation and pursue activities at a discounted rate. They even allowed us to extend our stay a night after our flights got rescheduled on us, without charging us an inflated rate. They made absolutely eveything we did smooth and efficient. The only drawback to our experience was the fact that villa 3 was advertised as having 5 bathrooms and a back patio access. As I understand it the villa does have those two spaces, but the 5th restroom (downstairs) was closed due to some work that needed to be done. I'm not too sure about why the patio access to the master bedroom was closed. The only issue I had was that this wasn't communicated to us before we arrived or at check-in. In fact, I had to ask in a seperate message.We stayed there for 12 nights and I would give the experience a 4.5 out of 5.
