This apartment is an efficiency, but feels roomier than most. It includes all the necessity's needed like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. It also includes a small sofa bed for added guests (apartment sleeps 2-4 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: high efficiency ductless heating and air conditioning, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker and microwave. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TV's in the bedroom and living room. One reserved onsite parking space is included with the rental; additional street parking and an adjacent parking lot is also available.

***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 2 adults. We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to keep our costs low for other guests.
