Lacking basic amenities

Brand new hotel, spacious, clean but lacking some basic amenities. You can't access any steaming service or mirror device to TV which is very surprising for a new hotel/TV. Also surprising is lack of towels, you get two bath towels and no other for drying hands etc.

Leider konnte mich das Mövenpick Hotel & Apartment Muscat nicht überzeugen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht. Ich habe zweimal das Buffet genutzt, und beide Male waren die Speisen kalt. Der Preis von 45 € ist für diese Qualität definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch der Rooftop-Pool war enttäuschend – er wirkt auf den Bildern deutlich größer und weitläufiger, was in der Realität leider nicht der Fall ist. Generell empfinde ich das Hotel als nicht dem hohen Preis entsprechend. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das gemütliche Bett und der ordentliche Housekeeping-Service, aber das allein reicht nicht aus, um den Aufenthalt zu rechtfertigen. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, insbesondere wenn man Wert auf ein stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis legt.
