Amazing views & great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the unit was a tad bit outdated, it worked well for our family. It was nice to have 2 separate bedrooms & bathrooms. The location was perfect and the views from the large balcony was amazing. The pool and direct access to the beach was awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed a blissful week away from the stress of everyday life. The condo is well supplied with everything needed for a great week, including beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. We loved the patio set on the balcony and had our dinner there several nights while listening to the ocean and relaxing with a glass of wine. Sunrises with a cup of coffee and morning devotions were amazing. You will not regret investing your vacation budget of Surf Master 1110.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was very comfortable; the only issue was not being able to completely pull down the door to the dishwasher, making it hard to place dishes in bottom of it. Don't know how this could be relocated however.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Major functions like A/C, TV, stove, and comfortable sleeping conditions worked well. Kitchen amenities not so much. The ice maker did not work, fry pans were worn out, the hand can opener was a complete failure, and the kitchen knives were so dull that they were actually dangerous. Also, the kitchen cabinets were in serious need of resurfacing and rotten at the bottom. Fixing or repairing some of these issues would make this unit a nice place to stay!

The unit was clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was with the pin code to access the unit. We were unable to get in the unit when we arrived and then the code would change every 2 days. We had to keep calling Garden City Realty to get the new code.

Happy Days at The Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation was the entire month of March 2023., in the South Tower of Surf Master on the eleventh floor. The view from there tells most of the story. The accommodations in the condo were as described in the brochure, fully stocked and vert comfortable. My rental agent, Mr Bob Biron did an excellent job. He assisted with finance, assured me a comfortable stay. Parking in March was not an issue. The one service issue I had was quickly handled by the highly competent and compassionate staff of Kalli, Stacey & Bob. My one sad experience was the day I had to pack my luggage and say “See you all again next time”.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was an amazing experience. Loved the view from the windows! So much light! The rooms were clean, beds were comfy! Found beach chairs, umbrella, & beach toys left from previous guests! That helped, we also added beach toys to the collection! The only thing that was a bummer was the air conditioner started leaking, maintenance found it before we did but it leaked into the bedroom next to it, eventually, & caused an odor... no ones fault, but it become enough of an odor the kids couldn’t handle the smell to sleep in the room. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Great room layout including a large balcony with spectacular views. The condo was spotless and bed was comfortable. The parking garage was better than another we had stayed in previously and elevators were quick with little waiting time. The front door keypad worked well. I would highly recommend this condo.

Handwritten signs requesting certain actions, such as requesting the air conditioning not to go below 75. That’s right, you’re going to sweat at night. All the ceiling fans won’t be enough. The twin bed bathroom tub would only drain if you held your foot on the lever. 1110 gets a solid C-
