Reviewer Comments: It s not great luxury, but it s clean, it s quiet , it s well equiped and if it were closer to the ocean, you d need a boat. It s a good quality/price ratio. Only glitch: reducer between bedroom laminate floor and bathroom tiles needs to be replaced. I stepped on nail head and had to rip it out... Also, Hurricane Dorian forced us out... who can i blame for that.

Loved the outdoor balcony it was like sitting on the beach by just stepping out the door. So convenient and easy to get to and from beach or pool. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids.

Yearly Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not clean very good. Finger prints all over the mirrors, dirt all on the floors and balcony floors was covered in dirt and debris. Had to call about an odor on the balcony, smelled like sewer. TVs in bedrooms were not connected, had to call to fix. Had to call to get sheets to fit deep mattress in queen bed. Mattresses need to be updated. Decor in condo was very nice. Could upgrade kitchen and showers but other than that it was nice. Disappointed that pool was not open and condos 2 buildings down had their pool open. Should have left that up to the condo rentals to decide. Only got 15% refund for non pool access. We have stayed at this condo several years and this unit a few of them. Until this year has been our favorite.

Housekeeping needs help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came in on a RAINY Saturday. Waccamaw Ave, had flooding areas. Sunday had to call maintenance for water that has backed up in Master shower. I had to clean afterwards. The bedding coverlets were not fresh, they seemed to need washing. But the Apartment Condo is very nice. Right on the Beach. I would rent it again.

Nice Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good experience. The place was vacant the week before so we were able to get in at 11:00 the day of check-in. Everything we needed was available from small appliances to silverware and cooking utensils. The best part was the view from the porch. The beach is about 15 feet from the porch so you have the feeling of being on the beach at all times. Air conditioning worked great and there is a small washer and dryer that came in handy to help keep up with the clothes. There were no issues with parking and after the first couple of days, people kept their parking spaces. The photos accurately describe the place so there were no surprise disappointments.
