Vintage Vine House with Private Guest House is a charming 1940s retreat in the heart of Murphys. Just a short walk from local wineries, restaurants, and shops, the property combines vintage character with modern comfort. The three-bedroom main house and private backyard studio provide plenty of room for your group to gather, dine, play, and relax.

The main house features a spacious family room with an oversized couch and 65” TV, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and culinary essentials, and a dining nook with comfortable seating for everyone. The bedrooms include one King room with a dedicated workspace and two comfortable Queen rooms. Each bedroom has a closet or storage space for guests’ belongings.

Located behind the garage and accessed separately through the backyard with its own keypad entry, the studio serves as the fourth bedroom. Its open layout includes a Queen bed, a futon that can be used as an additional bed, a 55” TV, a living area, and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop, and kitchen essentials. Counter seating overlooks the backyard and surrounding hills, while the spacious bathroom features a vintage-style soaking tub with a shower fixture set on a raised platform.

The backyard is the crown jewel of the property. Take in beautiful field and hillside views from the gazebo, gather around the fire pit, lounge on the expansive deck, or enjoy outdoor dining beside the chiminea. Challenge your group to cornhole, darts, giant Jenga, or giant Connect 4. Outdoor games and accessories are stored in the hutch next to the garage.

Vintage Vine House has everything you need for relaxing after a day of nearby adventures—or simply spending time with family and friends enjoying the laid-back charm Murphys has to offer.
Parties are not permitted at Vintage Vine House. Parties will result in forfeiture of remaining reservation without refund. Please feel free to gather with other friends and family here during your stay as long as everyone is respectful of the house and of our neighbors.

No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking and vaping are permitted in the front or backyard, please dispose of ashes and cigarette butts safely before departure. Ashtrays are provided for your convenience.

Dogs are permitted, up to two dogs per reservation. Please include your pet in your reservation request so the pet fee is applied at that time. If something changes and you need to add or remove a pet from your reservation, we`ll be happy to help update your reservation.

Please do not leave dogs unattended at the house or allow pets on furniture. It`s important to us that our guests, with and without fur babies, find Vintage Vine House comfortable and clean. If deep cleaning or repairs are required due to damages or messes from pets, related additional costs will be passed on to the guest.

Please use BBQ carefully several feet away from the house.
