The property and hotel staff was great. This the review for my direct lease with the hotel. Expedia was terrible. I contacted them and they would not work with me refunding me the stay that the actual hotel owner was ok to refund back. She said that she would wait for their email and accept the refund but expedia said they could not contact them. This is the last time a would use expedia and for sure will let everyone I know to use other providers instead expedia.

The property was good it was quiet and respectful we stayed in the deluxe room. There were plates and a couple bowls we ended up buying a set of silverware to leave there so other families wouldn't need to bring any the only other thing is don't be tall and wanna shower lol but other than that we loved it and most definitely enjoyed ourselves

Staff called to let us know rheir iffice closes at 8, not 10, like the Expedia site states. She got us checked in and set up to get into our room once we arrived after 8 pm. The pool does NOT have a slide as in the picture, and they do NOT serve breakfast as stated on the website. Website needs to be updated.

Its a well lived in atmosphere. It served the purpose to house overnight so we can go to crater of diamond Park if I had other choices I definitely would’ve chosen something different. for the price I paid it is not worth it.
