Comfortable vacation apartment with with terrace and view on tee hole 13. of the golf course. With air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The pool is right next to the building and only a few meters from the sports fields such as paddle, bocce and basketball.
The Hacienda Riquelme 18-hole golf course was designed by Nicklaus and is currently the longest and most technical course on the trail at 6,416 yards. Built in the 19th century in colonial style, the hacienda was once owned by the Riquelme family and houses the clubhouse. Within the resort are all amenities including a supermarket, bar, restaurant, ice cream parlor, sports fields and golf store.

Das Appartement war für die Preiskategorie sehr gut.
Appartement war im ganzen rund.
Das ein oder andere sollte man erneuern (einiges in der Küche und der Lüfter in dem Badezimmer) ansonsten haben sich meine Eltern sehr wohl gefühlt.

gut ,aber nicht sonnig
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Anlage vom Golfclub weit emtfernt,aber sehr ruhig. Die Lage bedingt keine Sonne am Morgen,Tags und Abend. Die Balkonnutzung ist nicht im Nov.möglich,obwohl die Sonne schien. Die Einrichtung ist schon modern ,aber teilweise abgewohnt.
2 Stühle Polsterung defekt,gerissen, die Couch ist durchgesessen und der Bezug rissig und fleckig.Die Schlafräume sind top. Die Küche war für unseren 4wöchigen Besuch ausreichend.
Die Kaffeemaschine ist zu klein, selbst für2 Pers.
Das Bad ist problematisch,da bei bestimmten Wetterdas Bad stinkt nach Kloake aus PD ,Badewanne und Waschbecken, ansich nicht zumutbar.
Im Nov. war es toll ,dass die Wohnung eine zuschaltbare Warmwasserheizung (Therme) hatte.So konnte man sich auch eine wohlfühlbaren Aufenthalt schaffen.
Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wird Bargeld ohne Quittung verlangt vorab für Strom Heizung ,Reinigung usw.Da gibt es sicher andere Möglichkeiten.
Für die Wahl der Wohnung wäre es hilfreich ,wenn die Lage durch Anzeige des Nord Süd Pfeiles zumindest markiert ist.
Wir hätten dann die Wohnung gegenüber am Golfplatz gewählt,weil diese in der Sonne liegt.
