The villa enjoys a dominant position. Please note that there are about 50 steps from the parking lot to the villa . This feature guarantees a breathtaking sea view and maximum tranquility, but makes the structure not suitable for people with reduced mobility, the elderly, or families with babies and very young children who need a stroller.
