From Nido 3 – Italian for "the bird's nest" – you can gaze over the Costa Rei beach to the sea and the island of Serpentara. The ever-changing colors of the water are captivating. In the shade of the pine trees, the air stays pleasantly cool, and a gentle breeze is almost always present. The gently sloping beach is just 80 steps and about 200 meters away. In the center of Costa Rei, you will find numerous restaurants and shops for your daily needs, as well as a lively weekly market with Sardinian specialties, fresh organic vegetables, and local crafts from May to the end of September.

Enjoy panoramic views and full comfort. Nido 3 is small but inviting, with built-in, color-coordinated furniture and carefully chosen accessories. The southernmost and highest of the three "bird's nests" blends harmoniously into the Costa Rei landscape. Inside, traditional wooden beam ceilings and dark wood furniture create a cozy atmosphere. From the terrace in front of the living room, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, and on the second, quieter terrace above—surrounded by Mediterranean scrub—you can barbecue or relax on comfortable garden loungers.



Good to know: There are 80 steps from the parking lot to the house. Please note that only two bedrooms have air conditioning.
