Enjoy panoramic sea views from your private, covered natural stone terrace, stretching to Capo Ferrato, while dining on meals from your own barbecue. An outdoor shower provides comfort after a day at the beach. The villa features typical wooden ceilings and dark wood furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere, with turquoise and blue accents adding a splash of color.



A shared parking area is available on the property, but please note you reach the house via 50 steps from the parking lot. A tennis court is within walking distance. Events are not permitted on the property.



The stunning Costa Rei beach is just 200 meters away and also accessible via 50 steps. Enjoy the gently sloping shore and the fascinating colors of the water. The villa is in a quiet location under pine trees, where a gentle breeze provides pleasant shade and coolness.
