New, very clean rooms

Stayed here with a friend and found our room to be very clean (like brand new!), making it great place to stay in Munich. Just a bit far away from the city centre but convenient Deutche Bahn connection nearby, which makes it super easy to get into the city.

Stayed 2 nights. First night, I had the key card to access the room. Somehow, someone was given the key to unlock the door and they did. Somebody at the reception desk made a mistake and gave him the wrong key. The room has a coffee maker in the room, but no cup, a sink in the sleeping area, but no water. Breakfast wasn't worth the price. Overall, it was clean, bed was comfortable. It's a new facility, so I guess there are some glitches to be expected. It's not far from the airport, and the price was right.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Das Hotel ist noch recht neu. Das merkt man an allen Ecken und Enden. Das Zimmer war noch extrem humid wegen der Baufeuchte. Ich musste daher das Fenster offen halten, was aber wegen des Straßenlärms nicht wirklich angenehm war. Es gab Kaffeepads im Zimmer aber weder Tassen noch Kaffeemaschine. Die Rezeption strotz vor Unordnung, alles liegt kreuz und quer rum. Leere Wasserflaschen überall. Und das tollste: Man hat mir ein Zimmer gegeben, was schon belegt war. Als ich die Zimmer öffnete lag ein anderer Gast dort bereits im Bett. Das ist extrem peinlich und für ein Hotel untragbar. So etwas darf es einfach nicht geben.

Nicht zufrieden: das Hotel ist noch komplett in den Bauarbeiten. Das erste Zimmer hatte überall noch Schrauben und Sägespehne auf dem Boden liegen. Im Flur vor dem Zimmer war die reinste Baustelle- überall Werkzeug, Möbel, Putzsachen und Handwerker in fast jedem Zimmer am bohren und Möbel bauen. Man konnte kaum durch laufen. Das zweite Zimmer war einigermaßen besser. jedoch hatten wir zwar eine Küchenzeile mit einer Spüle, aber kein Wasseranschluss oder Wasserrohr in der Spüle. wir hatten dann morgens das Zeichen „bitte Zimmer putzen“ außen an die Tür gehangen, und abends als wir heimkamen, war dieses Zeichen einfach umgedreht auf „bitte nicht stören“ und das Zimmer war nicht geputzt. Wir hatten extra alle Handtücher auf en Boden gelegt, zum wechseln und daher wirklich drauf geachtet, dass das richtige Schild an der Tür hing.. Für diesen Zustand 80€ pro Nacht zu zahlen, ohne zu wissen, dass das Hotel in diesem Zustand und kaum fertig ist, geht garnicht.

Il s'agit d'un hotel récemment construit, ou plus exactement en train d'être construit! L'hotel a ouvert trop tôt et n'est pas prêt à accueillir ses clients. Notre séjour de deux nuits a été marqué par de nombreuses péripéties et désagréments. Pour n'en citer que quelques uns : chambre pas prêtes malgré une arrivée dans la soirée (nous avons du du attendre plus d'une heure que nos chambres soient nettoyées), service de réception pas à la hauteur pour gérer la situation, chambres non terminées ( TV non encore installées ou encore branchées, pas de connexion wifi, éclairage non fonctionnel, volants roulants ne fonctionnant pas, vanne d'eau chaude non ouverte, ...), un problème de sécurité avec des femmes de ménage qui laissent les chambres ouvertes avec les clés sur la porte alors qu'elles ne travaillent plus dans les chambres, petit déjeuner très limite (très peu de choix, rien de réfrigéré, plus de jus d'orange a 7:30 du matin!, ...) pas de personnel à l'accueil pour effectuer le check out extérieurs de l'hotel encore en chantier (les photos présentes sur le site sont des images de synthèse et ne reflètent en rien la réalité de la situation) Cet hotel n'est donc pas prêt à accueillir ses clients et le personnel n'est pas formé pour accomplir sa mission.
