Nice college neighborhood and best fried chicken at corner gas station. One note: just take a broom and one minute to knock down spider webs at front porch

Nice central location.

We enjoyed our stay in this second floor space. We were in town for the Muncie 70.3 IM and found the location perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores easily. The space is on the second floor and newly refinished.
