I have traveled the globe and have been in some uncomfortable accomodations, but this was easily the worst, grossest place I've ever stayed. My room had stains on the bed, on the walls, around the bathroom. They used this really strong chemical pesticide for the roaches (gross) that smelled so bad of chemicals. They masked the smell with perfumed aerosols and it was even worse! If you're prone to headaches or allergic to perfumes, be warned. It was so bad I asked for a partial refund so I could check out early, they didn't let me although it was so unlivable. They switched my room, I begged them not to spray it, which helped with the smell, but not the roaches. My room didn't have internet the entire time I stayed there and my air conditioner was leaking buckets. The walk up to the hotel is also super scary! People pee in the stairwell, leave their garbage out, and spit their tobacco. The only plus of this place is that it's in central Colaba. Otherwise, don't stay. Visiting from Canada.
