The residences itself was not bad but the check in experience was hell as they claimed they could not find my reservation n threatened to kick me out after checking me in!, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with Expedia. Address host told me the only way forward was to get Expedia to cancel the reservation and I pay them directly which I did but it took time to resolve. This whole experience took away from my vacation as it was disappointing, exhausting and stressful to say the least! Keep in mind this is not a hotel.
