Room was OK but breakfast was disappointing

Checkin line was a 15 minute wait. Only 1 employee working. There were stains on the bedding. Breakfast room had waffle maker when last visited in July but it has been removed. No coffee cups. No milk for cereal. No napkins/paper towels. Styrofoam plates that don't work in the microwave. Depleted selection of food. On the last day, we arrived for breakfast at 9:20 before a 10am closing and the lights were off!

We stayed in room 318. 3rd floor. Bugs everywhere, mold all over the white curtains, stains all over the bedding. Taking a shower you felt like you were going to fall through the floor. The door lock wouldn't lock. The ceilings were coming undone. The elevator was gross had gunk all over the floors and walls.

The room smelled musty and damp there were bugs in the bathroom the linen did not look or smell fresh. The couch was dirty with stains it smelled there was no body gel in the dispenser. Overall experience was not good at all will definitely not return here.

Both dead and live bugs in the room and throughout the hotel! The hair dryer in our room hanging in the bathroom was full of hair fricking disgusting!!!! Will never go back!!

It took us over an hour to check in. They could not find my reservation even with the confirmation number. Apparently something happened with the tvs as I heard a couple of people come down and complain theirs wasn’t working. This still wasn’t resolved at midnight when we returned to the room. They do not have a place to plug in USB’s. Take a charging block.
