This property is a 3rd generation property that many have come to love over the last 3 decades. 5 minutes from the square, restaurants, groceries, and shopping. You get the luxury of being so close to the charming town of Mountain View, AR and yet enjoy privacy in nature. Hike on the property or visit the Ozark National Forest 15 minutes away. Fishing, boating, and creeks 15-35 min. Please note: No pets allowed.

This property is great for small families or two couples that don't mind sharing a bathroom. The bathroom is located downstairs in the main bedroom.

Be mindful and note that the stairs going up to the loft bedroom, are very steep and narrow (both bedrooms have a closet). Be mindful of small children or adults with knee or walking issues for the upstairs bedroom.

The futon couch does make out into a bed and is great for a second option for a bed for small children or those who don't want to sleep upstairs.

We do have a pack in play located upstairs in the closet.

Relax on the front porch or enjoy a fire in the fire pit area, or go for a walk on the property.

There is a family member close by on the property and there to assist if you have any issues.

You may use any areas of the property. You may also enter the greenhouse but be mindful of the yard tools inside. You may also walk around the garden area but please be careful if you go inside not to disturb the structure.
