Nestled on a private wooded lot almost halfway between Mountain View and Heber Springs, this cozy cottage is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks. Thoughtfully furnished with everything you need to settle in, it's a comfortable escape for couples, families, or friends. One of our favorite things about this property? The incredible stargazing. With very little light pollution, the night sky puts on quite a show.



Spend your days exploring nearby rivers, hiking trails, and charming mountain towns, then return to grill dinner, curl up by the gas log stove, or simply relax on the porch and soak in the quiet. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, Roku Smart TV, washer and dryer, and central heating and air conditioning.



Want to make your stay even more relaxing? Our private 4-person hot tub is available as an **optional add-on** for $85 per stay. Simply let us know before you arrive, and we'll drain, sanitize, refill, heat, and prepare it exclusively for your group. Because each hot tub is prepared individually, it is not included automatically with reservations.



We're happily pet-friendly! The $85 pet fee covers up to 3 dogs.



Located about 15 minutes from Mountain View and 25 minutes from Greers Ferry Lake, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy live folk music on the courthouse square, White River and Little Red River trout fishing, Blanchard Springs Caverns, the Ozark Folk Center, Sylamore Creek, hiking trails, and more.

~Body soap, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, basic cleaning products, and toilet paper

~Starter supplies (1–2 days, depending on use): paper towels, ground coffee + filters, sugar, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, salt, pepper, and cooking oil

~Bring your own toiletries like shampoo, toothpaste, etc.



ABOUT US, THE BOOKING PROCESS, AND FEES



~We're Ozark Mountain Stays, a small local vacation rental management company. All of us were born and raised right here in the Ozarks, and we're so excited to share our area with you.

~All properties are self check-in with a key code (check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM).

~Taxes, cleaning/supply fees, and a processing fee (varies by platform) are required with each reservation.



OPTIONAL HOT TUB RULES



~These rules apply only to guests who have added the optional hot tub package.

~The hot tub remains locked until the optional hot tub package has been added to your reservation.

~Please shower before entering the hot tub.

~Replace the cover after each use.

~No food, drinks, or glass in or around the hot tub.

~Do not add soaps, bubbles, bath oils, or chemicals to the water.

~Swimwear only. No shoes or clothing in the hot tub.

~Pets are not permitted in the hot tub.

~The hot tub is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 12, intoxicated persons, or anyone with certain medical conditions. Please consult your physician if you have concerns.

~Please notify us immediately of any equipment or water issues.

~Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if the hot tub is not left in good condition.

~50% fee if canceled within 30 days of arrival

~75% fee if canceled within 14 days of arrival
