Tenant accepts full responsibility for their own safety when on or near the water. Further, like all rural areas, utilities, internet, and phone services can be interrupted in bad weather. Owner is not responsible for any such occurrence and the loss of property use in this event.

Please note: This home is used by the owners occasionally; therefore, owner intends to leave personal property on the premises. Tenant is responsible for any breakage or missing items and the cost of such will be charged to the tenant.
