Clean and Convenient Stay Near Snowbasin

We had a good stay at this basement rental. Technically, it’s a basement, but it doesn’t feel like one because plenty of sunlight comes through the surrounding windows. The location is very good—just 12 minutes from Snowbasin, and Lee’s Marketplace is only a short walk away.The space was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful, going above and beyond by preparing plenty of essentials.One thing to note for future renters is that there are people living right above the basement. They are much quieter than average, but inevitably, we occasionally heard conversations and footsteps—just as they probably heard us. If you highly value privacy, this might be something to consider. However, for us, it wasn’t an issue at all, especially at this rate.Overall, we recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped stay in a great location.

Great place

Really nice owner. Clean and in great shape. I probably didn't read the description carefully so was surprised that it's a basement apartment, but it didn't matter. It's bigger than I expected and very well kept. Hot tub was a definite plus after skiing all day!

Snowbasin

First trip to Snowbasin with my teenage daughter. Hosts are very welcoming and thoughtful. Lots of little amenities that you as a guest may not think of but they have you covered. 15 mins from Snowbasin or 1 hour to Snowbird. Phoenix cafe down the street was our morning fav.

Warm spacious clean modern comfortable and convenient!

Perfect location for skiing in Snowbasin (10-15 minute easy drive). Brand new supermarket (Lees) super close and convenient. Apartment is warm and comfortable, spacious for 3-4 peeps, with great appliances and amenities. Hot tub was a bonus (if you can brave the icy winter winds getting in and out!) Hosts, Aleece and Ben, were very responsive and fixed a few minor glitches quickly and willingly!

Clean, convenient, and cozy!

The hosts were very accommodating and quick to reply. A grocery store is just down the street and restaurants are only 15 minutes away. We enjoyed having smart TVs, a hot tub, a stocked kitchen, and comfy bedding! Super clean stay with really simple and easy checkout instructions. We will be coming back!
