This hotel is so lovely. The staff instantly came out to help us on arrival and were so kind and gracious! The room was very clean and well-maintained with great facilities for my husband in a wheelchair (we had the accessible room which was very large and had a wet room). The view from the rooftop is stunning and the restaurant was lovely with delicious, fresh food. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting! Staff helped with all taxi requests making sure that we paid a fair rate. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel Marad was a fantastic 3night stay. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and made me and my son feel so welcome. I was really impressed with the sky bar and its staff too, they were a great bunch. We had a really good time up there each evening. Breakfast was just right. We had dinner a couple of nights. The menu changes everyday and all the food was spot on too. Reasonably priced. They also arranged a local transfer from the hotel back to the airport for us, which was so helpful and decent car. Finally the location of the hotel is perfect for trips to Pompei and surrento. Local train station is nearby. I would definitely recommend this place and even stay again if i was visiting the area. 👏👏👏

Everything was wonderful. It was so much better staying here than inside of Naples. Especially from a traffic perspective as it was not far from the highway. Easy to navigate. As a solo woman traveler this staff helping with my luggage for the entry stair is helpful. The surrounding neighborhood had stores with better pricing than in Naples, local small restaurants that were amazing. The view of Mount Vesuvius in the morning and at night is impeccable from the rooftop terrace. The rooms were amazing. The staff the decor, the ambience, the breakfast room all of the areas of the hotel just beautiful. The rooms were clean. The staff was super helpful. English was really good from everyone I encountered or at least they understood enough to be helpful. Breakfast was amazing this place gets a 10 out of 10.

This place is a special gem. Staff are very kind and helpful. The resort is clean and nice. Guiseppe, Martina, and Rosario were wonderful hosts and the rooftop patio can't be beat for a nice place to gather in the evening. The daily breakfast is fresh and fantastic. The restaurant has a different, high-quality dinner menu nightly at reasonable prices for a hotel. The pool is relaxing, with many lounge chairs and shade options. Our room in the old building could use some updates in the bathroom, but it's very charming, with a huge patio. Not much is available for lunch because the restaurant is closed. We were able to get a tasty fresh pasta salad poolside though. For the area, there are a couple coffee shops nearby, but ensure you are good with an uphill walk or have a ride arranged if you decide to go towards the beach for dinner. Cabs are rare in this area.
