I booked through Hotels.com and had to change the days of my stay. I did it with the virtual assistant but that didn’t work out so great. When I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have my reservation. I showed them my itinerary but they never got it. Good thing Mark was there. He still gave me a room and I was able to spend time with my son who is a new resident at Bethany. I don’t think I will be using the third party again. That was a long drive to not have the accommodations I thought I paid the extra $9 for to secure my reservation.
