First checked into an occupied room. The next morning the fire alarm was going off at 8:15 and they couldn’t find out how to turn it off. Then after we checked out they called me thinking I was in another room (not ours) and said I left luggage. It wasn’t our room!

We had kids running down the hall outside our room in the evening. They did not respond to our requests so we had to call the front desk to get them to stop

The water slide was shut down majority of the time the pool was open. Other staff also didn't know when or who would be coming to monitor the slide. Didn't seem very well organized /staffed. Slide was main reason we paid the extra costs and stayed here.
