施設自体はとても綺麗で大満足でしたが、朝食と夕食分は別棟のHiltonで支払ったはずなのに、デポジットのお金から差し引かれた領収書を渡されました。「どちらも現地で支払った」という旨をつたえると15分くらい待たされ、また再度領収書を持ってきました。しかし、夕食分は控えをもらっていたので確認とれたみたいですが、朝食分は控えをたまたまもらわずにいたので、そのせいか「朝食分は支払われていなかったので、、、」といって朝食分は差し引かれた領収書を持ってきました。 確実に両方支払ったと言うと、また15分ほど待たされ確認がとれたのでと２万分のデポジットを返されました。 パソコンできっとデータはあるはずなのに、そんなにすぐ確認がとれないものなのか？と疑問におもいました。それならばお客さまには確実に食事した時の領収書を渡すように指導した方がいいと思いました。「控えはいらないと」伝えてたらわかりました！とスタッフは言ったので、パソコンで確認とれるものとてっきり思い、結局チェックアウトに30分以上待たされました。控をもらわなかった私も悪いですが、、、。 そして、泊まる際の最初の受付でのカードキーを渡す際も、エレベーターの階を押す前にカードをかざす事を説明されませんでした。 恥ずかしいお話ですが、こんなにも素敵なホテルに泊まった経験があまりなかったので使い方をわからずにいてほかのお客様がやっているのを見て知りました。全員が当たり前に知ってることだと思わないでほしかったです。 ホテルの説明をされる中で、ヒルトンのメンバーズの説明も何度も断ったのに３回も「やっぱりメンバーズになった方が絶対お得です！！」と、しつこいなと感じました。 施設自体はとても清潔感がよくてまた泊まりたいなと思ったので良かったのですが、対応してくださったスタッフさんの対応や言葉足らずな接客に少し残念に感じました。。。
