In a quiet, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 70 m from the lake, direct access to the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'376 m2, large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn 400 m2 flowers. Motor access to 10 m from the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 11.5 km, supermarket 11.5 km, shopping centre 2.1 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bus stop "Dalkullen" 15 km, railway station "Motala" 21 km, sandy beach "Västanvik", grass beach 100 m, bathing lake 70 m.
